TopDrive Encoders

The Series DXE encoder is made of solid stainless steel weighing in at 3.5 kilos.  It is widely used in oil rigs on and off shore around the world.  It can a simple incremental encoder or absolute, with parallel or analog outputs.  The operating temperatures of the encoder can be from -40 degrees to +60 degrees (series DXL).  This includes special bearings, cable and modified electronics, and is then tested for a period of 48 hours prior to shipping in our environment chamber at -40 degrees.  All these encoders are IP66/67 rated and EEx d IIC.
